STEP 1 — SUBMIT THE TRANSACTION
After the contract is fully executed, the hiring agent submits the transaction information and required documents. Beach House TC Services reviews the submission and confirms acceptance and coordinator availability.
STEP 2 — FILE SETUP AND COORDINATION
We organize the transaction file, record the dates supplied by the agent and contract, monitor administrative milestones, track document status, and coordinate authorized communications with transaction participants.
STEP 3 — CLOSING AND FILE ORGANIZATION
As closing approaches, we follow up on outstanding administrative items and coordinate closing logistics at the agent’s direction. After the transaction closes, we organize the documents provided into a clearly labeled post-closing file.
